It's strawberry festival time here in my area which means strawberry shortcake every where! So in the festival spirit I've concocted a yummy strawberry shortcake sangria recipe. Just a note though, if you're a little weary of using the Silk, which gives the recipe it's creaminess, try adding just a cup at first and then taste before adding more if desired. Enjoy!
1 bottle of Ginger Ale
1 bottle of Moscato
2 cups Silk Fruit & Protein (choice of flavor)
1 ounce of cake flavored Vodka (to taste)
2 cups sliced Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Combine wine, Silk, vodka and strawberries in large container. Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Add ginger ale before serving, just enough to give it that fizzle. Garnish with additional strawberries. Cheers!
