Please give a warm welcome to the characters from Elisabeth Grace's contemporary romance, INDISCRETION!
MAX: Now that I know you a little better, I realize it’s very atypical of you to do what we did in the back of On The Rocks that night we met. I have to ask…why did you?
CHLOE: I should’ve known you’d start with a question like that after my experience playing Truth or Dare with you. *rolls eyes* I think it was a combination of things. I was away from home celebrating my friend’s upcoming marriage, my sister had just left leaving me feeling a little lost, I’d had a few drinks…
MAX: I think you forgot my stunning good looks.
CHLOE: *laughs* Oh, yes. Let’s not forget those. *shakes her head at him*
MAX: Alright, I’ll go easy on you for this next one then. What is your favorite color and why?
CHLOE: That’s more my speed. My favorite is probably yellow. It’s a happy color and when I was little my mom used to wrap me in a pale yellow baby blanket when she tucked me into bed at night. I slept with it until I was almost ten.
MAX: *grabs Chloe’s hand and gives it a squeeze* That’s a nice memory to have. You know your way around a guitar and I’m wondering what your favorite kind of music to perform is when you play at Geddy’s?
CHLOE: I usually stick to singer/songwriter stuff but I’ve reworked a few old 70’s classics before and performed them with my acoustic guitar. *blushes*
MAX: Why do you look embarrassed?
CHLOE: *shrugs* I don’t know. Performing has always been a very personal experience for me. I’m not nervous when I do it anymore, but if feels strange to talk about it.
MAX: You shouldn’t be embarrassed to discuss it. You’re stunning up there on stage. Okay, another easy one—who is your favorite masseuse? *grins*
CHLOE: *covers her face in embarrassment* Oh my God, Max! I am so not answering that one! Consider this interview finished. *gets up to walk away*
MAX: I still have one more question!
CHLOE: Nope. You got five and by my count that’s how many you asked. *grins and leaves the room*
