Spring into Romance: Juliana Stone (Love Letter/Giveaway)

Good morning lovelies and welcome to our Spring into Romance event hosted by myself and the super awesome, Shannon, at Cocktails and Books! To kick the event off I would like to welcome one of my personal favorite authors and an all around cool lady, Ms. Juliana Stone! Juliana is joining us with a love letter from Declan, the dark and sexy sorcerer from upcoming novel, Wicked Road to Hell. See my review for this title >here<

Ana,

I’m putting on paper words I can’t say in person, and I hope that when you read this you’ll understand.  You have to understand that everything I do, and have done, is for you.  There’s only ever been you.

I love you.  There is no other way to say this then with those three words and even they don’t seem enough.  The hard pull of need I feel whenever you’re around, the way my heart lightens when I hear your voice, and the way it quickens when I see your smile. I would do anything for you.

I would die for you.  I would kill for you.  And yes, I would defy you if it means your safety and happiness.  Your stubborn mind, tender heart and warrior soul calls to me like no other and I can only hope that one day you will understand the depths of my emotions.  For there will never be another.

I will love you always.

Declan.

Wicked Road to Hell (League of Guardians, #1)
With the legions of the underworld gathering and chaos close at hand, Sorcerer Declan O’Hara’s deadly skills will be tested. But nothing will sway him from his duty…Rescued from eternal darkness, vampire Ana DeLacrux owes her life to a mysterious stranger who asks for only one thing—her absolute allegiance. She serves this master without question until Declan, the one man who can make her forget her vow, returns. His magic is stronger, darker…more compelling than ever. His blood awakens a hunger she must resist, or risk deadly consequences. As Ana and Declan join forces, the streets of New Orleans become a dangerous place for both humans and the otherworld. And the most dangerous place of all is a road Declan’s traveled before…the wicked road to hell.

About the author:
Juliana StoneJuliana Stone has always believed in the power of a good story. When her first narrative, a futuristic about Santa Claus set in a world that resembled her friend’s hamster cage was a hit with her fourth grade teacher, she discovered the joy of words. Something that has stayed with her ever since. Whether it was music or narrative, words became an important part of her life.

During a stint on the music end of things,( and yes she had the big hair, and equally big shoulder pads) she toured Canada fronting an all female rock band and after meeting her husband fell into married life. Kids, dog and the requisite white picket fence followed and her writing took a bit of a back seat.

But in the fall of 2007 she decided to take another stab at writing and inspired by the paranormal works of Christine Feehan, Keri Arthur and Lindsey Sands she set out to write something great. She ended up with an intriguing world of Jaguar Warriors and was grateful that Avon Books wanted to publish them!

Juliana writes paranormal romance for Avon/Harpercollins including The Jaguar Warrior Trilogy and her new paranormal romance/urban fantasy series, League of Guardians, as well as futuristic/sci-fi for Samhain Publishing. She’s excited about writing a new contemporary romance series for Sourcebooks, based on 3 of her favorite Bon Jovi songs that will release in 2013. Please visit the book page for more information about these books!
