Why I Love Kaden Chance
Hey, Crystal! Thanks for inviting me to post about my new book, UNDER HIS SKIN. As an author, I will admit I love all my heroes. They are each special in their own way, but Kaden is one of my favorites. Here are a few reasons I love him so much.
Kaden is very sexy.
Here’s a teaser from UNDER HIS SKIN:
Kaden leaned against the doorframe, running his fingers through his dark hair. He was barefoot and shirtless, wearing only a pair of gray sweatpants. His upper body was tanned and cut to perfection. A sparse patch of dark hair covered the center of his chest while a thin line ran down the middle of his stomach muscles. Oh, sweet baby Jesus, his stomach. She’d seen professional athletes on television with an eight-pack but hadn’t thought normal people could actually achieve them. Her fingertips tingled with the urge to run her fingers over each of his pecs.
Kaden is protective.
He’s the oldest brother, and feels like he’s responsible for his siblings. The decisions he makes always have their best interest at heart. He’s also very protective of Annabelle When he believes she’s in danger, he risks his own freedom to keep her safe.
Kaden is funny.
He’s learned a lot about humans over the past two years, but some things are still a mystery. There is a particular date scene in the book that has been a favorite of readers. He tries his best, but things don’t work out exactly as he had planned. ;-)
Kaden is loyal.
Without giving too much away, I will tell you that his dormant heart awakens. It beats for Annabelle, signaling that she is his mate. The bond between them lasts a lifetime. He will never stray or be tempted by another. His heart belongs solely to her, and he would die to protect her.
