A sexy category romance from Entangled's Brazen imprint...

No More Mr. Nice Guy…

The moment AJ Walsh sees the sexy, tattooed pixie walk up to his bar, it's lust at first sight. He's always been labeled the "nice" guy―opening doors, buying flowers, and never, ever having one-night stands. But with this wicked little angel with red lips and unfathomably dark eyes? Oh, yeah. Tonight, "nice" has nothing to do with it...

Brett Conlon is trying to convince her family that she's put away her reckless wild girl side for good. Nothing―and no one―could be better for her reputation than golden boy AJ Walsh. So they make a deal: if he plays The Good Boyfriend for her family, he can be a very, very bad boy with her. Now their one naughty night is about to turn into a whole lot of trouble...

Crystal's Thoughts:
Elle Kennedy returns with her sexy trilogy featuring the three men of Sin!

AJ Walsh has always played the good guy, no matter how much it grates. Play football because that's what his parents expected? Check. Let the girl go with no hard feelings because his best friend was in love with her? Check. Stay away from women who look like trouble, and one-night stands....Well, those were easy until Brett Conlon walked up to his bar. Now AJ's head over heels in lust with her, and what was supposed to be a simple one-night-stand to relieve AJ of his pent-up needs and frustrations turns into a weeks long charade to convince Brett's family that she has left her party girl persona behind for good. But what happens when the charade they're playing get's too real?

Sparks fly from their first meeting, the chemistry is explosive, and it isn't long before AJ and Brett move all of that sexual tension from the bar to the bedroom. In true Brazen fashion, the pages of this novel ignite with passion. But that's all it was suppose to be between Brett and AJ, until Brett's family get's thrown into the mix and suddenly this one-night-stand turns into a relationship. When it's just the two of them, this shift is easy. AJ and Bretty work well together. AJ feels like his true, slightly darker, self can come out to play freely with Brett while Brett happily accepts AJ's dominance. They may look completely different on the outside but on the inside they are unexpectedly alike. But when their friends and family come into play this is where the tension starts to thicken. AJ's the golden boy; proper manners, proper attitude, proper girls. So when he brings in the the flashy and tattooed Brett his friends and family are understandable shocked. Some handle it better then others though... I really enjoyed One Night of Trouble up until this point, but then AJ began to disappoint me when he refused to stand up to his friends and family for Brett until it was almost too late. He does redeem himself in the end though and in a lovely way.

I enjoyed peeling back the layers of AJ, in previous novels his character didn't hold much substance, but the real AJ was a nice surprise. And Brett was a spunky heroine that refused to settle, which I loved.  All in all, One Night of Trouble was a sexy and fun read!
