Unable to wait any longer, I grab the bottom of his shirt and whip it over his head in one swift motion. My eyes follow the long, lean muscles in his chest down to the incredible set of drool-worthy abs on display in front of me. Most rock stars I’ve ever seen pictures of are covered in tattoos, but surprisingly, Ace only has one. It’s a line of script above his heart.
I run my fingers over the words and read them aloud. “‘To thine own self be true’?”
He smiles. “It’s a quote from my favorite Shakespeare play, Hamlet. It’s a reminder to me to always put myself first.”
I smile seductively. “How’d you become so knowledgeable about something so romantic?”
“Let’s just say I’m more than a pretty face.”
