AN INDECENT PROPOSAL

Lady Alexandra Hobbs, the daughter of the Duke of Huntley, has intended to marry Lord Owen Monroe since she first glimpsed him from the window of her bedchamber, back when she was just a girl. But the duke has already chosen Alex's infamously spoiled elder sister, Lavinia, for Owen. And now there's no turning back.

Owen has spent most of his bachelor years drinking, gambling, and skirt-chasing. He won't see another pound from his parents, however, until he's engaged to Lavinia. Desperate, he accepts an offer from her innocent and spirited--and absolutely beautiful--sister Alex: She will turn him into a perfectly tamed suitor, and show him how to woo the shrew. But when Alex's true motives come to light, will their bargain lead to recriminations--or to a romance that defies everyone's expectations?

My Mom made fabulous family Sunday dinners - really mix her pot roast! But what a really love remembering is her laugh - we'd be watching a tv show or movie & something would really tickle her and she would laugh so hard & then I'd start & we could barely speak & each have to run for the bathroom!

Some of my favorite memories both of growing up as well as when my kids were younger are of spending time in the kitchen baking - especially during the holidays.

My favorite memories of my Mom are her laughing, noone had that laugh and her "bear" hugs. When she wrapped herarms around me it's as if she enfolded my whole body into her arms. I miss her so much.

One of my favorite memories of being a mom is the birth of each of my sons. It was so special "meeting" them for the first time.

My mom has always been the very involved mom. She didn't work when we were young, was room leaders, PTA President, Scout leaders, softball coach. You name it, she did it. All our friends always wanted to play at our house because she was the fun mom. Now at 73, she's the fun grandma!

My favorite memory of my mom is when the family went to play mini golf. My mom hit her ball so hard, it flew across the green and into the pond, which was not even on the property. All of us just looked at each other and laughed so hard, especially my mom.
