Sparkling Birthday Sangria

Yield: 6-8 | Prep Time: 2 HOURS 15 MINS | Total Time: 2 HOURS 15 MINS


  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 1/2 cup nectarine, chopped (about 1 whole)
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1 (11 ounce) can apricot nectar, cold
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco, chilled

  1. Combine first six ingredients into a large pitcher. Stir to combine and coat fruits with brandy.
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  3. Add canned nectar and Prosecco, stir to combine.
  4. Pour into wineglasses, serve cold and enjoy!
