Halloween Character Costume Party with Juliana Stone of To Hell and Back! (Character Post/Giveaway)

Welcome back! Joining us for the party is one of my favorite people, paranormal and contemporary romance author Juliana Stone! She has brought along two of her fabulous (and much-loved by moi') characters for some dress-up fun from her League of Guardian series, Kira and Logan!

Deleted scene from TO HELL AND BACK

“Okay,” Kira said, encouragingly.  “It looks good on you.”
“Good on me,” Logan replied, irritated and pissed off.  “This looks good on me.”
“Well, yes, I mean, for what it is…for what we are.”
Logan stared at the woman he loved.  A woman, who in the space of only a few days had somehow managed to get him to do something so incredibly stupid, that he’d throw himself back into the pit, if anyone found out about it.
She grinned.  She bit her lip and cocked her head to the side in that way that drove him crazy.  “The good thing is that with your dark coloring, pink looks good on you.”
“You’ve got me dressed in a fucking corset,” he growled.  “What part of this looks good?”
She smiled devilishly and licked her lips. “The pink part?”
With a growl, Logan strode toward Kira and yanked her up into his arms.  She couldn’t go anywhere, not that she wanted to. But since she was less than half his size and human, she didn’t stand a chance.
He was a hellhound after all.
A hellhound in a fucking pink corset.
“Tell me why we need to do this again?” he asked darkly.
His eyes took her in, greedily roving over her tiny frame.  Clad in a plain dress, and a sweater, with big round glasses clutched in her hand and a copper colored wig on the chair near the door, she looked like a sexy little school teacher.
“Because the Halloween party has a theme and you promised to take me.”
“And what was the theme exactly?  Male prostitutes  R us?”
“Rocky Horror, silly. The girl in the costume shop said yours was the most popular.”
“I highly doubt it.”
His mouth reached for her and he kissed her thoroughly.  “Why don’t we stay in and I’ll show you exactly what Rocky Horror does to the poor little human.”
Kira slid out of his arms and whispered.  “If you’re a good hellhound and do this for me, I’ll make sure tonight is a night you’ll never forget.”
She laughed, her eyes glistening and that piece of steel inside Logan melted.  He was gone.  Whipped.  He would do anything for her.
She led the way to the door and bent over to grab her wig, her bare bottom teasing him as growled in reaction.  Kira grinned over her shoulder and whispered, “I promise.”

Ah, what we don’t do for the people we love eh?  This is just one little example of how much Logan loves Kira, and how far he’ll go to make her happy.

To celebrate the release of TO HELL AND BACK, a continuation of their story that began with WRONG SIDE OF HELL, I’ll award either book to a winner if you tell me, what was the most outrageous costume you either wore, or witnessed on Halloween!
Sound good!!!

  1. I'm not a very adventurous person so the best costume I've worn is a devil in a red dress and my husband was a white angel. Looking back I wish he had been a fallen angel. It would of fit his personality better.
