Tour: Shifters and Bikers Series by Rebecca Royce (Guest Post)

Hello everyone! Today I would like to welcome author Rebecca Royce who is joining us on her tour celebrating her two new releases, Unwanted Mate (Feb. 2012) and Bar Mate (March 2012) in the new Shifters and Bikers series!

I think I might be quasi-obsessed with the ocean.  I love it. I have pictures of it all over my house and as much as I love to tour cities, given the choice I always pick the sea.  I don’t mean just the beach.  I actually love to be out on the water.  Even the rough sea.

On my last vacation we took a cruise with the kids.  The waves got pretty rough for about twenty-four hours. As much as I worried about my children, I actually kind of liked the feeling of the difficult water.  It felt alive beneath my feet and it was a good way for me to remember that I was very small and that mother nature was really in charge, not me.

I think I might have been the only person on the boat feeling that way.  But it was a great time.

Tell me about what makes you lose control? Do you like it?

Unwanted Mate
For years, shapeshifter Gunther West has known Judy is his mate. His little human isn't so sure. But a tragedy brings her knocking on his door seeking comfort, which Gunther is more than ready to provide. Neither can deny the sparks that fly, but are those sparks enough for forever?

Bar Mate (The Edge)
Wolf-shifter Yvette Nelson is incredibly bored with her job as a waitress at Gunther’s Bar. Until one night, when a man she’s never met enters the place. He makes her wolf want to come out and play—she has to have him.
Stark just wanted a beer. But Yvette brings out yearnings in him he didn’t even know he had. Together, they’ll find that letting go of inhibitions can open up all kinds of fun times, like a chance at forever.

Rebecca RoyceAs a teenager, I would hide in my room to read my favorite romance novels when I was supposed to be doing my homework. I hope, these days, that my parents think it was worth it.

I am the mother of three adorable boys and I am fortunate to be married to my best friend. We live in northern New Jersey and try not to freeze too badly during the winter months.

I am in love with science fiction, fantasy, and the paranormal and try to use all of these elements in my writing. I've been told I'm a little bloodthirsty so I hope that when you read my work you'll enjoy the action packed ride that always ends in romance. I love to write series because I love to see characters develop over time and it always makes me happy to see my favorite characters make guest appearances in other books.

In my world anything is possible, anything can happen, and you should suspect that it will.

  1. I'm a sucker for books with bikes and bikers in them.

That is funny about the ocean. I get mesmerized by it too.

Thanks for sharing about the books.

  2. Me too! I love bikes, and the tough sexy men that ride them. Unfortunately my husband will never ride one, so I have to resort to reading about them in books =)
Both of your books sound great, hope they do well for you!

  4. Hi Rebecca! Gonna have to wishlist these. :D

I'm a control freak. Losing control is my hell. Wish I wasn't like that but we all have our hang-ups. I love the ocean too but I haven't seen it in a decade. Might have to try and do it on my trip to Washington in May. It's that one thing that's always awed me.
