It was just sex...until the booty calls got serious.
When Sarah Deacon’s new relationship comes to an unexpected end, she heads straight for the one place she can always find no-strings comfort—her neighbor’s bed. Charlie, who’s made it clear sex is all he wants, is only too happy to oblige.Hot sex with a gorgeous surfer any time she’s single and in the mood? Oh, yeah. She’s all signed up for that course.
Charlie Hudson knows he’s all wrong for the sexy geneticist. After all, what could a long-haired school dropout have in common with a classy academic? Nothing...except maybe a burning desire for her that just won’t quit no matter how often they have sex.
Sensing the breakup has damaged her self-worth, Charlie cooks up a plan to introduce her to three “appropriate” men who’ll show her she’s the most beautiful woman in the world. But when his matchmaking begins to work too well, he realizes there’s only one thing worse than not having her in his bed.Losing the chance to make her his forever.

Rachel Harris' SEVEN DAY FIANCE (Guest Post/Giveaway)

Cane Robicheaux is a more than just a tatted-up, motorcycle-riding, leather-wearing, sinfully delicious pretty face. He’s a business owner, a musician, a bartender, an overprotective big brother, and quite honestly, a bit of a nerd.

Balancing budgets, watching Discovery channel, working a new Sudoku…these are some of Cane’s favorite things—just don’t tell anyone. He prefers people to take his bad boy, playboy image at face value. It’s easier not to get close that way, too attached, which Cane learned early on meant getting hurt. Or hurting someone else. Or, at least that’s what he believed until a certain adorable redhead literally stumbled into his life. He’s been reeling ever since.

When not preoccupied with his favorite hellcat, Cane strives to purge her from his thoughts with another favorite past time: reading. Here’s a few of his absolute favorites—on the down low, of course.

When Rose Jensen’s grandfather dies, he leaves her enough money to save her parents’ failing business and get her through UCLA. The only catch – she has to marry Lee Montenegro, the infuriating half-Spanish, all-playboy transfer. Rose and Lee’s grandfathers were fast friends, and betrothed their grandchildren to each other.
Lee wants the money to run from his suffocating family, and turns his full burning charisma on Rose, but she won’t give in. She’ll never marry someone she doesn't love, and who doesn't love her. But memories of a mysterious boy in her childhood haunt her, and Lee insists they know each other. With her parent’s pressures mounting, her scholarship slipping, and Lee’s advances heating up with more than just money-lust, Rose is torn between doing the right thing for her family, and doing the right thing for her heart.

Character Costume Party with Lexi Ryan of Wish I May (#Giveaway)

Thank you to all of the wonderful authors who joined us for our Halloween event by getting into the spirit and dressing up their characters for us! Lexi Ryan's characters from her amazing new adult romance, Wish I May, are about to head off to the last party of the week. Lets see what they'll be going as, shall we? ;-) Enjoy!

Lizzy zips up the thigh-high boots for her Catwoman costume and winks at me. “Remember the first time you partied at Asher’s?”

I groan. “I remember the hangover.”

“Do you remember the text messages?”

“I remember learning not to drink around friends who won’t take my phone away when it’s called for.”

She releases an adorable giggle-snort. “I’m the best wingman you’ve ever had. Admit it.”

Character Costume Party with Leia Shaw of Destiny Forgiven

Halloween is over, costumes are crumpled up in the corner, you're finding candy wrappers on every surface, and you're sick and tired of pumpkins but don't start decorating for Christmas yet because we have two great authors joining us today to close out our Character Costume Party! First up with paranormal romance author, Leia Shaw, and her delightful characters from Destiny Forgiven

“So this is what Halloween is like in America?” Felicity asked as she tried to keep her balance across the rocky terrain.  She looked down at her new shoes – the black pumps of death.  “Sage has an interesting sense of humor.”

“You’re telling me.” Maddox arched a fuzzy gray brow. The gray eyebrow went with the long gray beard, which matched the old-fashioned cloak and pointy hat.

She giggled. “Why did we let her pick our costumes again?”

“I have no idea,” he grumbled. “Dress the sorcerer as Dumbledore. Fucking hilarious.”
