(Click right here to see a list of all the participants!)

What a great theme for a hop, true? You know here are Reading Between the Wines we are pretty shameless, especially when it comes to half naked men, sexy reviews/posts and daring authors! So, to stick with the 'Shameless' theme I am going to shamelessly flaunt my pictures of the Kresley Cole book signing I went to in Tampa last weekend which include some delicious eye candy! It was the total awesomesauce, even though there was a ton of people which really triggered my anxiety, I eeked along and had a lot of fun despite my grimace-like smile AND I even grabbed some goodies for you'all! Happy dance people, hop to it! LoL

18 & Over Book Blogger Follow is a weekly feature that begins on Fridays and runs through the weekend, hosted by Crystal from Reading Between the Wines. This is a Friday blog hop with the objective to find and visit other book blogs that share the same interest as you, namely books geared towards the 18 & over crowd, and make some new friends!

How to join in:
-You should run a book blog that features and reviews mostly adult reads, some Y.A.’s are okay but 18 & over adult reads should be your majority.
-Make a separate post for the 18 & Over Book Blogger Follow on your blog.
-Copy the html for the button above and place it at the top of your post.
-List & answer the ‘Question of the Week.’
-Place your name and blog title in the linky below and the url for a direct link to your post
-Visit the other blogs on the list and say 'Hi!' Following each blog is not mandatory but I know it is always appreciated, and if someone comments saying they’re a new follower it’s polite to follow back. J It’s always nice to spread the 18 & Over Book Blogging love!
-Contact me (readingbetweenthewines10 at gmail dot com) with any questions!

Question of the Week:

Do you prefer your romance heroes inked, pierced, neither or maybe even both?

My answer:
Probably not a surprise to any of you but I prefer my men, fictional or otherwise, with some art on them. Just take a look at a few of my favorites:

Westmore: The Aftermath by Carol Cassada (Character Post)

Good morning and happy Friday-Eve! Today I'd like to welcome special guest, Wayne Braxton, from Carol Cassanda's Westmore novels!

Ladies and gentlemen allow me to introduce myself, my name’s Wayne, and I’m part of the famous Braxton clan, who’s known for their publishing company and world renowned books. My late grandfather Clayton started the company with very little money and a big dream, and now it’s a billion dollar franchise. My father Andrew now runs the company along with my mom Elizabeth, and my uncle Jeff.

SOPA Blackout

I had prior commitments today so couldn't do a full black out but I still support the act in protest of SOPA and PIPA. Find out more about the SOPA Blackout HERE or HERE and CONTACT your elected officials about this rediculous bill. You can check out TheOatmeal.com's simple but informative animated picture below to get the general gist of it all. Google say's it all, 'End Piracy, Not Liberty.' Sign the petition HERE.

Tour: Beneath the Starry Sky by Jessica E. Subject (Guest Post/Giveaway)

Please give a warm welcome to author, Jessica E. Subject, who is joining us on her book tour for Beneath the Starry Sky!

Shooting Stars

Thank you for hosting me as part of my blog tour!

Shooting stars, as you might be able to tell from the cover and the title are an important part of Beneath the Starry Sky. Here are five facts about them:

  1. Shooting star is the familiar term for the trail of light a meteoroid causes as it enters our atmosphere.
  2. When the Earth travels through a trail of debris left behind from a comet, we are likely to observe multiple shooting stars (aka a meteor shower).
  3. The meteor showers are given names based on the constellation in the sky from which they appear to have originated.
  4. There are several annual meteor showers, but the best, Perseids, occurs in Mid-August.
  5. Some meteoroids are so large that they make a crackling noise at the pass through our atmosphere.
