In the crumbling city of Eloria, there is one indisputable fact: everyone has a price. Protestations of morality and better judgment have little meaning when confronted with the chance to obtain the unobtainable. The only question remaining is just how much a person is willing to sacrifice in order to win their heart's desire. Sevy has always been a quick study in the wicked ways of Eloria. She has no qualms about taking what she wants, and when the love of her life is mysteriously murdered, Sevy will stop at nothing to get him back. Elvish black magic, necromancy and demonic pacts are of little consequence if it means she can once again have her beloved at her side. But is she willing to murder her only friend to get the job done?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice…
Drew is the last person Skylar wanted to see across from her at a local bar. A month ago he'd wined and dined her all weekend, leaving her feeling fully in love, but then she awoke alone in an empty hotel room and she hadn't heard from him since.
The weekend Drew spent with Skylar was phenomenal. There had never been anyone who made him feel as complete as she did. He shouldn't have disappeared, he should have called, but his feelings for her scared him, so he distanced himself. But when he saw her again, he knew he couldn't stay away any longer.
Skylar's determined not to give Drew another chance to hurt her, but he's just as determined to win her back. Although it won't be easy, he's up to the challenge, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish his goal.
Content Warning: Explicit Sex

Lexy’s Thoughts:
Fool me once, shame on me... you know how it ends. No one ever wants to have the same horrible experience happen more than once. And for Skylar that horrible experience involves the one man she caught a glimpse of forever in.
Drew and Skylar run into each one month after the weekend that changed both their lives. For Skylar the change was welcome and gave her hope in her own HEA. For Drew the change scared the crap out of him, and he ran. Only now does he see what he had and wants it back, typical male.

Assistance needed for Holidays!

Are you counting down till Christmas? Is your shopping done? Did you get everything you need? Are you having guests over? Are you cooking? Did you remember to pick up the wine?
The holidays tend to stress everyone out no matter how much a person enjoys the season. You want to make it special for everyone yet you’re trying to stay sane.
So far, my Christmas shopping is done. Cards have been sent out and presents are wrapped—at least most of them. Then I worry about if I forgot someone or someone is going to hate what I bought them. I walk the mall and end up buying more stuff. There goes the budget. Guest list is a nightmare. No idea what I’m eating for the holidays or how many people are coming over. The
It’s frustrating!
If only I had an elf who would make sure everything is done for me and make it the best Christmas ever! Maybe if I were an event planner, my life would be so much easier! But I’m not…
Maddy from Snowy Encounters is an event planner! An excellent one, I swear! She organizes wonderful parties, makes events shine, and put together galas and even excels at decorating! (I know this for sure since she’d decorated a large Christmas tree at Cole’s lodge and its beautiful!) For a city girl returning to the small town, she sure knows how to dress with her stiletto boots and short skirts! Fashionable and beautiful! When her ex-husband is in need of a party planner and decorator, how could he resist not enlisting her services? She even puts up the whole plastic Santa and reindeer that Cole hated, and made it look magical! The holidays are about family and warmth and being able to enjoy yourself, to be grateful for all you have.
Now if only I can do some magic with my house… Trust me, I’ll be the one tangled in Christmas lights and falling off the roof if I had to climb up there…
The holidays are usually so wonderful, but when you have so many tasks to bog you down, it can become overwhelming.
How are you dealing for the holidays? Do you have elves that will come help you? What more do you have to do to make this holiday special?

Ever since her divorce, successful Event Planner Maddy Glover dreads visiting her hometown. For the first time in three years, she returns home for the holidays and finds herself caught at the end of an avalanche. Only to be rescued by the one man she’s determined to avoid: her ex-husband. Ambitious and desirable Cole Harmon lives to rebuild the town and to forget the woman who hadn’t believed he had enough to offer her—until Maddy shows up in her cute city-slicker attire and sexy black boots. In need of a decorator for the holidays, he hires his ex-wife to help, only to be thrown into dark buried memories and snowy encounters that may thaw the ice between them. Will their love rekindle or will Maddy walk away once again?

Teaser:
“What is it about you that I can’t resist?” he asked, inching painstakingly lower until he hovered just about my mouth, barely touching. His breath was hot, seductive, and it caused a ripple of excitement to course through me.
“Must be my sparkling personality,” I whispered back, struggling not to close the distance between us. Electricity charged the air, the chemistry of our connection wreaking havoc on my hormones.
He feathered his lips lightly over mine, just the ghost of a touch and I whimpered as he retreated without fully claiming my mouth. “Must be because I can barely remember my name when you look at me like that.” His fingers drew a soft line down the side of my cheek.
“And how is that?” I purred softly, a sultry tone to my voice. My body felt as if it would explode from the way he seemed to drink me in.
“Like the world doesn’t exist, but for the two of us. How did I deserve you?” He kissed me again. This time a little slower, pressing harder, and I followed him involuntarily as he moved back. He was teasing me and driving me crazy with it.

Robin Kaye (Character Post & Giveaway)

Woohoo! It's Friday you'all! And to kick of the weekend I have a wonderful author joining us today; say hello to Ms. Robin Kaye! Robin is joining us to celebrate her new release of Wild Thing; where a goth dressing city chic, Toni, is thrown into the wilderness with mountain man, Hunter, and despite fearing for her life at every turn and those unwelcome panic attack sparks fly between these two polar opposites. But you'll have to read the book to find out more, I'm digging in right now and so far it is sooo good! Look for my review soon! Robin brought along some special friends so I'll leave her to it.......

I waited outside of Humpin’ Hannah’s along with all my friends—the readers who gathered for their guided tour given by Hunter Kincaid.

Hunter pulled up in his old Toyota Land Cruiser—the truck itself was worthy of a guided tour. He had it tricked out to the nth degree—extra gas cans were tied to the back, and a well-loved winch decorated the front. I wondered if he hung a wreath off it during the Christmas season.

All ten of us held our breath as he slid out of the drivers seat and came around the vehicle wearing a River Runner’s t-shirt and a well-worn pair of 501’s, and hiking boots big enough to make you wonder if that old wives tale was true.
One of the women next to me mumbled, “You know what they say…Big feet—”
